SHIPPING & RETURNS
We at Beds u Like pride ourselves in providing the smoothest and quickest transaction from the moment that you purchase to the time you receive your item.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We use a next day carrier service for all our items traveling to ZONES A + B. Orders that are received before 12pm are dispatched that very same day. Orders that are received after 12pm on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.
Saturday deliveries can be arranged but there will be an extra cost involved. This will be determinded by which product you have selected and your area postcode. Prior notice of at least 1 day must be given to us so that the necessary arrangements can be made. We will only dispatch the goods once we have received payment for the delivery charge.
All our items can be tracked using the Track Your Item link. This will take you to the carrier website. All you need to track your goods are your postcode and consignment number, this number is sent to you via PayPal. Items are best tracked the day after ordering at about 9am, by this time it should have been scanned and assigned to a delivery route.
If you have not received your item within 48 hours of receiving the consignment number from PayPal please contact us immediately so that we can chase the delivery for you.
We offer free delivery to all England and Wales postcodes. All other area charges will apply.
These charges should be transferred to our PayPal after checkout is complete.
We want you to love our products but we offer a 14 day no quibble refund policy to all our customers. You can return an item you have purchased from us even if you have just changed your mind as long as you notify us within 14 days of receipt of the item. We will arrange for the item to be collected and as soon as it has been received back in our warehouse your PayPal account will be refunded. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the item unless it was delivered to you in error. Items must be returned unused and in the original packaging. For reasons of hygiene we cannot refund or exchange open mattresses or mattress toppers unless they are faulty.
Damaged or Faulty Items
Our products are well packaged to withstand damage during shipping but if the package appears to be only slightly damaged please write 'Package Damaged' when you sign for the delivery . This is VERY important. If the package looks significantly damaged you may refuse delivery and it will be returned to us. Please notify us immediatley if you refuse delivery so we can resend the item to you.
If you have accepted the delivery and find that parts are missing or damaged please contact us right away and we will arrange to send you the replacement parts free of charge.
We are proud of our products and maintain a great relationship with the manufacturers who produce them. If you are having an issue please contact us and we will make every effort to resolve it. Our goal is to make on line buying easy, safe and efficient.
Refunds will not be processed unless the goods are returned packaged in the original packaging and are in a saleable condition and accompanied by a fully completed returns form (see below) which must be placed in an envelope and attached to one of the boxes.
